Three ways to book our crews
Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. Each figure is a starting point; the written quotation you receive confirms the final amount for your story.
Location Shoot
from £480per half day
For newsrooms needing a compact crew on a developing story

Workflow reviews and lighting-only bookings are priced on request after a short conversation.
From first enquiry to paid invoice
Nothing is bought on this website. You contact us, we agree the work in writing, and you pay by bank transfer once we invoice.
Send an enquiry
Use the contact page to tell us what the story or session involves, where it is, the deadline and the format you need. A few lines are enough to begin.
We reply with questions
A producer reads your message and may ring to check details such as location, number of contributors and delivery route, so the quotation reflects the real job.
Written quotation
We send a quotation stating what is included, the price and anything that could change it, such as travel or extra recording time. Work starts once you confirm in writing.
The work is done
We shoot, record or edit as agreed and deliver files to your gallery. If the scope changes during the job, we tell you before any extra cost is added.
Invoice and payment
We issue an invoice after delivery, payable by bank transfer on the terms shown on it. Cancellations and refunds follow our Payment and Refunds policy.
